One of the biggest benefits of a hosted application is that if a user needs help, they can authorize one of our support people to walk them through procedure. Both of them see the same thing and can interact with each other from any workstation. If a key employee leaves or becomes unavailable, we are available to help you do the procedures that other employees may not know by simply logging into their workstation and walking them through the processes.
